A pared-down 1920s Craftsman bungalow in the heart of Hollywood required some hero furniture pieces to enhance the 800sqft living space. A mostly neutral palette with some bold color infusions give this home brightness and breathability considering it’s smaller profile.

Fair is an automotive tech start-up in Santa Monica which is rapidly growing. Recently they needed to update their communal spaces to accommodate an influx of talent. Ensuring that all the designs were in keeping with Fair’s developing brand and cultural identity as well as maximizing the available seating and creating distinctive multifunctional zones were key to the project’s success.
