Hollywood Bungalow

Summer 2018

A pared-down 1920s Craftsman bungalow required some hero furniture pieces to enhance the 800sqft living space. A mostly neutral palette with some infusions of color and contemporary art pieces give this home brightness and breathability considering it’s smaller profile.

Fair

Santa Monica Office

Spring 2019

Fair is a tech start-up in Santa Monica which is rapidly growing. Recently they needed to update their communal spaces to accommodate an influx of talent. Ensuring that all the designs were in keeping with Fair’s developing brand and cultural identity as well as maximizing the available seating and creating distinctive multifunctional zones were key to the project’s success.
